Set of 18 plates « Peacock » Limoges, Charles Ahrenfeldt

A refined set of 16 plates: 8 dinner plates (23 cm) and 8 dessert plates (21 cm).

Crafted in Limoges by Charles Ahrenfeldt, this service dates from the 1920s–1930s and was specially commissioned for a Parisian boutique.

The decoration combines transfer printing (décalcomanie) with delicate hand-painted detailing, giving each piece subtle depth and character.

In excellent condition, this set beautifully reflects the elegance and craftsmanship of early 20th-century French porcelain
